By accessing or using Sport-IMS, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must register on your behalf and agree to these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• If you are registering an athlete, you have the authority to provide their data.

You may be required to register with the platform. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate.

Sport-IMS provides a Sports Information Management System that includes:

• Digital athlete registration and ID generation.
• Event management and automated scheduling.
• Real-time results tracking and reporting.
• Payment processing for tournament entry fees.
• Official communication regarding sports event updates.

For any paid services or event registrations:

• All fees are explicitly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
• Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
• Refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include:

• Data scraping or automated extraction of results and participant data.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security features of the platform.
• Providing false age certificates or fake identification during registration.
• Redistributing our content or software without explicit permission.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and graphics are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India and international conventions.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the platform for your personal or authorized sports administration purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S4 Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Services.

• We are not responsible for any physical injuries sustained during events registered through our platform.
• The accuracy of event data is the responsibility of the respective event organizers.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. You and S4 Technologies consent that the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance.
